Some information about LISBON
Lisbon is the capital of Portugal, blessed with a coastal and hilly location. From the imposing St George’s Castle (Castelo de Sao Jorge), the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old town, the Tagus edtuary and the April 25 suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum traces 5 centuries of decorative ceramics. At the gates of Lisbon lies a series od Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.
How to get to CCL
The Humberto Delgado Airport is located 12 km (approximately 15 minutes) from the Lisbon Congress Centre (CCL), providing travel to more than 125 national and international destinations.
Surrounding the CCL several transportation options, including the tram, trains, city busses, and taxis.
The CCL is accessible via Portugal’s main national road accesses, the A5, A2 and the Ponte 25 de Abril (The April 25th Bridge). For your convenience, the CCL has an underground parking garage and an uncovered car park with 1,100 spaces.
The CCL is close to several hotels, making it accessible on foot or by bicycle.
